Migrating records to SharePoint Online

Monarch360 migrates records into SharePoint Online for Monarch EDRMS projects, from network drives, from TRIM and Content Manager, and from other electronic document and records management systems such as Objective.

What we migrate from

Records move into structured libraries in your Microsoft 365, using an industry-aligned taxonomy, so they are filed consistently and found with permission-aware search. Paper records can be digitised with the Digitisation and OCR add-on.
